Fork-Spike: 1998 - Maryland Institute
This was just a fun sculpture I made while fooling around with 5-minute epoxy. I clamped the ends of a lamination in a bench vice and held it in a bent position until the glue cured. I then split the piece on the band-saw and connected them with a piece of cedar. The technique came in handy when I was making the legs for my cafe table in furniture class.
